Aerobics Class Descriptions
Awesome Abs - A 20 minute class focusing on exercise designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles and lower back to give you awesome abs and a strong tight core.
Bosu Blast - A challenging workout using an inflated dome, resistance bands and weights. Improve your muscle tone, motor skills, and cardiovascular conditioning. Abdominal training included.
Butts & Guts - A strengthening and sculpting class focusing on the core muscles including abdominals, gluteals, hip flexors and extensors.
Cardio Light - With this workout, the fun is back! Get a great workout with low to moderate impact moves designed to burn fat. Class incorporates classic floor aerobics that are easy to follow with no complicated choreography. Total body toning is included for a well-rounded workout.
Cardio Mix - A moderate, to high intensity workout that is great for fat burning and cardio conditioning. Class styles alternate between boot camp, multi-step, kickboxing, and bosu. If you want variety, this class is for you.
Club Fit - A class specifically designed for seniors and beginners that incorporate basic moves both on the step and on the floor. No complicated choreography or high-impact moves.
Jump Start - Wake up to a moderate intensity cardio challenge, designed to get your heart pumpin’ and you feet movin’. Uses moderate to low impact moves designed to burn calories and improve overall fitness. Class will also include body bars, dumbbells, and resistance bands.
Power Kick - An intense, high impact, aerobic workout utilizing a unique combo of kicking, boxing, and power movements. High intensity fun for those looking for a real challenge.
Power Pump! - A terrific body sculpting experience. Great for all fitness levels. This body-toning and shaping class uses weights, body bars, balls, and bands, to work all the major muscles through resistance training. Perfect cardio and strength training workout.
Spinning - A group exercise workout performed on a stationary bike with variable resistance. The class features great music and lots of motivation.
Step - An excellent fat burner that includes lower and upper body conditioning. Class can be geared for beginners. Low to high intensity level.
Zumba - Aerobics newest hit that is taking the world by storm! It is a high energy dance mix with a Latin flavor. This interval class combines unique moves to sculpt the body and burn calories! No equipment needed.
