Created in 1997, Turbo Kick is arguably the most popular group exercise
kickboxing program in the country. This program is featured at over 2,000
different health clubs and fitness chains in the US and countless countries
across the globe.
Our classes are intense cardio kickboxing that burns up to 800 calories in
one hour. This class combines boxing, martial arts, plyometrics, sports
drills and internal training. Instructed by a certified Black Belt in
martial arts.
